Ikea's deep fully extending kitchen drawers have the two long horizontal posts on the side. These are Goll Rods. This is known outside of Ikea as a Tandembox
They can be inner (behind exterior doors) or connected to a drawer front.
Tricky Parts:
Connecting Goll Rods to the end of your TandemBox: they click in place, you'll hear a 'snap'. Hold them over the end of the box and push down.
Disconnecting Goll Rods: This is not covered by Ikea. Do this wrong (as I have) and you'll permanently damage the Goll Rod tips.
Since inner drawers are only sold by Ikea in widths up to 24" you'll need to modify wider drawers so that they can be used as inner drawers.

First you'll need to replace your hinges with the 153 degree hinges from Ikea.

Second way. You'll need:
1) BSZSF3502 drawer connectors $2.26 (for two)
2) Layout template
3) very thin piece of plywood as a pseudo-drawer front which will actually be on the inside of the doors.
Note: look for the drawer connectors in the As-Is section, but don't pay more than a few bucks for them.
3rd way:
Alternately you can order the 153 degree hinges from Ikea
and go to Home Depot and purchase the blumBox. You will have to
fit this so that it does not interfere with the hinges. Ths is the cheapest option.
